  • Dr. Bajnath is a distinguished physician, author, educator, and thought leader in precision medicine. As the CEO and founder of the American Board of Precision Medicine, he shapes the culture and values of the organization, ensuring its position as a leader in the future of healthcare. He is also the founder of The Institute for Human Optimization in Maryland, where he delivers cutting-edge personalized healthcare, integrating advanced diagnostics such as genomics, biomarker testing, microbiome analysis, and biometric lifestyle monitoring.

    Dr. Bajnath is an adjunct faculty member at George Washington University School of Medicine, where he directs courses in clinical genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. He is an honors graduate of Ross University School of Medicine, holds an MBA in Healthcare Services, and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Maryland.

    A certified practitioner in Functional, Anti-Aging, and Regenerative Medicine, Dr. Bajnath also possesses extensive training in clinical nutrition, medical acupuncture, and European Biological Medicine. He is dual board certified in Family Medicine and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Bajnath’s research and clinical practice focus on identifying the root causes of unresolved illnesses and crafting personalized care plans that empower patients to optimize their health and longevity.

  • Dr. Sharon Ng is a board-certified family physician who champions the widespread adoption of P4 precision and regenerative medicine as the key to transforming health with early prevention, detection, and reversal of chronic disease. 

    She earned her medical degree with honors from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at Tower Health Reading Hospital in Pennsylvania, one of the top-rated hospitals in America.

    Dr. Ng is a skilled physician with a talent for deciphering challenging medical conditions of individuals who have been failed by the medical system. She draws upon her extensive knowledge and resources beyond the current medical paradigm. Her “superpower” lies in her ability to “connect the dots” between symptomatology and underlying causes to deliver answers and individualized care. 

    As a cofounder and Executive Vice President of the American Board of Precision Medicine (ABOPM), Dr. Ng is informed by her first hand experiences with the fragmented healthcare system, the constraints of corporatized medicine, and the challenges of healthcare startups to guide transformative initiatives. She is dedicated to driving meaningful change by advancing precision medicine through innovative education, cutting-edge diagnostics, and transformative therapeutic technologies, all while empowering the patient-doctor partnership to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Dr. Gulati is a visionary healthcare leader dedicated to advancing precision medicine and leads quality, efficiency, and strategic initiatives at the American Board of Precision Medicine (ABOPM). His background blends scientific expertise, clinical care, and leadership, making him a driving force in the organization’s mission to promote precision healthcare for all.

    Dr. Gulati holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Microbiology and studied Medical Anthropology at the University of Central Florida. He graduated medical school with highest honors from Ross University School of Medicine, completed a surgical internship at Brookdale University Hospital, and subsequently finished his Emergency Medicine Residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He has completed fellowships and is dual board certified in Emergency Medicine and Integrative Medicine, combining a solid foundation in acute care with evidence-based, holistic approaches to whole-person health.

    Certified as a physician executive by the American Association for Physician Leadership, Dr. Gulati also holds graduate certificates in executive healthcare leadership and physician change management from Cornell University, as well as in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from Harvard Medical School. He leverages his expertise in modern healthcare leadership to advocate for reform and drive excellence in patient care, accelerating ABOPM’s mission to improve the healthcare landscape.

  • Dr. Ben Schanker MD, MBA, MPH is a Preventive Medicine specialist at Stanford University, where he is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Primary Care and Population Health. He is a graduate of Harvard Medical School, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Oxford Said Business School. After preliminary Internal Medicine at Yale and residency/fellowship training at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), he practiced community health in California’s Central Valley, with a focus on treating neuromusculoskeletal and orthopedic spine/sports injuries. He brings over a decade of leadership experience in systems quality improvement to the board, having served as an Expert Consultant for the World Health Organization and on leadership teams of the American Medical Association Foundation and Massachusetts Medical Society. He is the father of bulldogs and enjoys organic farming and international travel in his free time.
